Ymateb gan Unigolyn | Evidence from Individual

What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

The Senedd should be representative of the SEX make-up of the population, to be clear this should be based on sex at birth, not an acquired gender. If you use gender you could end up with a Senedd of 100% people born male with 50% of them identifying as women, u wood call it gender balanced where in reality it is anything but.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

It's nonsensensical - all of it is nonsensical unless you use sex at birth. It's a biological fact that humans cannot change sex, a man wearing 'women's' clothes is still a man with no understanding of what it's like to be a woman.

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

The women of Wales are a potential barrier as we will not stand for this eradication of female representation in the Senedd.

Look what happened in Scotland when they introduced the Hate Crime law, it was ridiculed in hours, thousands of women publicly refused to comply and the women of Wales will do the same.

We refuse to accept that a male, even if he identifies as a woman, is able to represent the female interests of the population and we will not allow it.

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

Yes, Mass rebellion from women.  We will not be beaten and you need to understand that the Sisterhood is powerful we are over 50% of the global population, we will not capitulate.

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

This will be prevented by Westminster

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

I fail to see any competence whatsoever.  If you think a man can be a woman if he says he is then you do not have even the most basic understanding of human biology, therefore lack understanding, knowledge  and intelligence.  You wouldn't be fit for purpose.

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

Stick to the protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010.

Are you going to ensure balanced representation of Disabled people in the Senedd?  If someone identifies as disabled would you accept the as part of a quota of disabled MS'?  If a white person identifies as black would you accept them as black?

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

Sex Matters.

Anything else?

Women will not accept males as women, regardless of the men's feelings, any surgery or hormones, because humans cannot change sex.

Just what is your issue with females, are you frightened of us?
